Soft As It Gets Help & Support

When I use the keyboard shortcut Atl+R the Windows8 "Run" window pops up. Can I switch out the hot key to another hot key? 

Also

My notes are sorted by date, I much prefer ascending by first line. Will this be addressed in a future up date?
